Our story

Czajkowski Maszyny was born out of the real needs of a modern farm. The Czajkowski family manages more than 1,100 ha of land (including the flagship Sokołowo farm – 438 ha).

Our goal is to implement solutions that protect the soil and the environment while genuinely improving the profitability of farming. We are proud that equipment carrying the Czajkowski logo is made entirely in Poland, and that our expertise serves hundreds of farmers.

A prestigious medal for advancing strip-till technology in Poland, awarded to the machines designed by Maciej Czajkowski.

Poznań University of Life Sciences

Research (published by Stanisław Świtek, M.Sc. Eng.) proved the effectiveness of the Czajkowski system: +5.1% higher yield and +14.7% more straw compared with conventional tillage.

Scientific cooperation

We base the development of strip-till technology on hard scientific data. We work with Prof. Marcin Świtoniak, D.Sc., UMK — a soil scientist from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, who conducts scientific research for our company.

The research covers the impact of strip-till on soil structure and health — including organic matter content, water management and the biological life of the soil profile. The conclusions feed directly into the development of our machines and the agronomic advice we offer farmers.
