PS seeding section
5 steps to sowing crops
Seeding precision is the key to even emergence. See how we achieve it in a single pass.
1

Krok 1
Support wheel
It provides independent ground following for each seeding section, guaranteeing an even sowing depth across the entire field.
2

Krok 2
Seeding tine with coulter
The shoe-coulter system (for oilseed rape or cereals) ensures even soil undercutting and places the seeds in a clean seedbed.
3

Krok 3
Rubber press wheel
It presses the seeds (e.g. oilseed rape) into the seed furrow so they have ideal contact with the soil, guaranteeing even and fast emergence.
4

Krok 4
Bar-type gauge and finishing wheel
It maintains the set sowing depth and leaves an optimal crumbly soil structure over the seeds, protecting them from drying out.
5
Krok 5
Post-sowing harrow
It ensures good seed coverage and levels the soil surface in the cultivated strip and between rows.
Key features
- ✓Sections suspended on a parallelogram — the parallelogram independently follows the ground and precisely maintains the set working depth.
- ✓Seeds placed at the desired depth and in a clean seedbed.
- ✓Sections arranged in an off-set layout.
- ✓Seed flow control on each section via a set of sensors that continuously report on the sowing.
